24 Hour Security
At Campus Edge we want our residents to have a fun and memorable experience, but above all else, security is of the highest priority.
We have spared no expense to ensure our student residents have a comfortable and inviting environment to live and grow in. Our entire community is fenced and gated, to restrict access to non-residents. In addition, an onsite security officer is provided, accompanied by a 24 hour surveillance system.
Online Services
We make it easy for you to assist your young adult to succeed, by providing an online resident portal, through which you or your child can manage rent, make maintenance requests, and renew from semester to semester.
We also do away with the hastle of in-person rent applications with our secure online application system.
On the EDGE of Campus
Campus Edge community is conveniently located less than one mile from the Tennessee Tech University. Residents can ride their bikes or walk to class from their apartment home, with sidewalks the majority of the route to campus.
Campus Edge is also just a couple miles from downtown Cookeville, numerous parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and other services as needed.
